President-elect Barack Obama has begun his weekly addresses via Youtube this past Friday. I look forward to see what's up in Washington D.C. every week. Obama has been known throughout the election as a very electronic savvy person, so the skys the limit with what Obama will be doing over the next four years to use the internet and other media to speak to us about what's happening and what needs to be done. I think it's a pretty awsome thing. Well, my brother wrote a better blog than this about it, so check it out if you want some more info, and see the first address.
In other new, apparenlty the racism towards our new upcoming president is worse than I had known. I read an article this morning about some 17 year olds who've been arrested for assaulting some random kid on the street. The worst part was that there were elemtary school kids who were chanting "assasinate Obama" on there school bus! What the fuck!?
